Hatsuki Yokoo is a Japanese filmmaker and film director. Born in Sasebo City , Nagasaki Prefecture. He is an executive officer of UNITED PRODUCTIONS Co., Ltd. He has blood type AB. His wife is actress Kumiko Endo. He graduated from Seiun High School and Yokohama National University. He has participated in the Takeuchi entertainment project since he was in school. After that, he worked for several video production companies and became independent from 2008. He established the video production company FOOLENLARGE with fellow directors Atsushi Morita, Daisuke Takagi, and Hirofumi Hayashi, and became a director.
