Kuo Heng Chi is a musician and composer. He is the creator of a dozen of Mandopop classics, including songs by Faye Wong, Power Station, A-Mei, and even Jacky Cheung. Kuo is also an expert organizer who singlehandedly planned a series of concerts for renowned Taiwanese singers including Rene Liu, Stella Chang, and One-Fang.
