Kelly Yu, born as Yu Wen Wen, is a Chinese singer-songwriter and actress, born in Dalian, Liaoning, China, who immigrated to Vancouver, Canada in 2004. She began learning to play the piano at the age of four and in 2008, she entered Berkeley Conservatory of Music in Boston USA to study electric guitar. In 2010, she served as the guitarist of Curran Band and in 2011 enrolled in Beijing Film Academy to further her performance.
