Hnin Thway Yu Aung, nicknamed Hnin, is a model and beauty queen born in Myanmar to a Burmese mother and Shan father. She received her high school Diploma from Basic Education High School - Tachileik. The school was near Mae Sai, Chiang Rai, and she was therefore able to achieve fluency in Thai. She then went on to get her nursing degree from Kyaing Tong University.
