Summary:
The drama tells a series of stories in which Zhao Yi Yang, chief of the accident section of the Pingyuan City Traffic Police Detachment, led the police to investigate a traffic accident which reveals the truth behind an incident many years ago.
A small van was tragically involved in a car accident, and both parents of a family of three died. Through on-site inspections, Zhao Yi Yang, who had just been appointed as the chief of the accident section, discovered the incident.
