In 1953, while the Great East Asian War was happening, there was a dreadful murder case in Bangkok. On the victim's body there were mysterious tattoos on the wrist, forehead and ankle. This incident gave birth to a series of serial killings. The investigation of the case is entrusted to the inspector of the investigation department, Waytarng Phiromruj.
