Chen Wei Qun alias CY Chen, born in Chengdu of Sichuan Province, is a Chinese screenwriter, producer, actor and director. She graduated from the Animation Director Department of Jinan University in Guangzhou. She was under the tutelage of the famous screenwriter Mo Bao Feibao. In 2010, she established a studio in Guangzhou to engage in script and copyright transactions. In 2013, she founded the script and online novel copyright trading studio. In June 2015, she served as the chief screenwriter and producer of the time travel comedy "Supporting-Role Reverse Firms". In September 2016, she produced the comedy film "The Golden Hand".
