Tseng Jing Hua is an actor born in Yilan, Taiwan. He is in the Department of Film and Television from Yishou University. He is best known for playing the character of Birdy in the Taiwanese film "Your Name Engraved Herein", the highest-grossing LGBT movie in Taiwan. He also appeared as Wei Chung Ting in the supernatural horror "Detention", for which he received a nomination for "Best New Performer" at the 56th Golden Horse Awards and for "Best Male Actor" at the 22nd Taipei Film Awards.
