Stephanie Che is a Hongkongese singer, disc jockey, and actress. In 2012, she joined Johnnie To's management company and became an actress under the Galaxy Entertainment Group and a basic contract actress with TVB. She was born in Los Angeles, USA. She graduated from Kowloon True Light Middle School and St. Paul's School. After graduating from Form Five at the age of sixteen, Che transferred to the American International School in Kowloon Tong for one year of Form Six. She then went to the United States for further studies. Later, she enrolled at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, majoring in business administration. In her freshman year, she intended to join TVB's artist training class in 1991 but gave up to practice singing in England. In the summer of 1992, she returned to Hong Kong. In August 1993, Star Entertainment released her debut album "Always Thinking of You". The following year, she made her acting debut in the TV drama "Burning Flame."
