Shibutani Subaru is a Japanese singer and occasional actor and lyricist. He was the lead vocalist of the Japanese idol group Kanjani8 under Johnny's Entertainment. His has written songs together with fellow bandmember Yasuda Shota, for their Kanjani8 sub-unit SubaruBand. He left both the group and Johnny's & Associates in late 2018.
