Huang He (English name: Oliver), also known as River Huang, is a Taiwanese actor, born in Singapore. He is the first actor signed by the director Yee Chin Yen. Due to his natural interpretation of Xie Zheng Jie in Dangerous Mind, he won the Best Actor award at the Golden Bell Awards in 2007. In 2009, he starred in a Sweden/Taiwanese film, Miss Kicki and in 2010, he starred in Juliet, a Taiwanese film inspired by the tragic love story Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare.
