Ren Yan Kai (English name: Ming), born as Ren You Ming, is a Taiwanese model and actor currently active in China. He graduated from the Chinese Culture University, Taiwan. Ren entered showbiz in 2006 when he began to star in singer Angela Zhang Shaohan's Pandora music video. Since then, he had cooperated with singers such as Hebe Tian Fuzhen and Stefanie Sun. Because of his participation in many MVs, he became known as the "Prince of the Queen's MV in Taiwan". In the years following 2012, he mainly worked as a graphic model. His acting career took off in December 2013 when Guo Jing Ming, the director of the 2014 movie "Tiny Times 3" selected him to play Gu Zhun.
