Miura was born on November 26, 1983 in Ōita, Japan. In 2003, he was a finalist in the 16th Junon Superboy Contest, but didn't won. He debuted as an actor in 2007, portraying Satoru Oikawa in the film "Arena Romance". In 2008, he had his first leading role in the drama series "RH Plus". Miura retired from acting in 2010.
