Lee Tae Hwan is a South Korean actor, singer, and member of the five members of 5urprise, an acting group consisting of five actors who began their careers as actors and then branched into singing. He graduated from the Department of Acting For Theatre, Film, and TV at Sungkyunkwan University. In 2013 at the age of 18, Lee made his acting debut along with the other members of 5urprise in the mobile drama series “After School: Lucky or Not.” He received the Rookie Model Award at the 2011 6th Asia Model Festival Awards.
