Kwon In Ha is a South Korean singer, composer, lyricist, actor and radio host. He graduated from Pai Chai High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Environmental Protection from Kyunghee University. He made his debut in 1984 as a composer with the song "I Lost Love" (사랑을 잃어버린 나) sung by Lee Kwang Jo. He then debuted as a singer in 1986 as the vocalist of the rock band WE and became a soloist one year later. In 1989, he formed the pop/ballad project group MARRONNIER (마로니에), which was mostly active during the 1990s until they disbanded in 1998.
