Kim Hak Rae is a South Korean comedian and businessman. He graduated from Daeshin High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree and a master's degree, both in Precision Mechanical Engineering and from Hongik University. He also obtained a second master's degree in Business Administration from Konkuk University. Before debuting, he was a frequent host at university festivals so he was scouted by KBS Radio and began hosting public broadcasts.
