Jung Woo Seok is a South Korean singer, dancer and member of PENTAGON (펜타곤). He graduated from Seoul Performing Arts High School. He participated in Mnet's survival show "Pentagon Maker" and was chosen as one of the original 7 members of the new boy group to be managed by CUBE Entertainment (큐브엔터테인먼트). He made his debut in October 2016 as PENTAGON's main rapper, sub-vocalist and maknae with their self-titled debut EP. He originally wanted to be a model, but the person who cast him convinced him to audition to become a singer. In March 2019, he joined WANNA ONE's Lai Kuan Lin and formed the duo WOOSEOK X KUANLIN (우석X관린). They debuted with their first and only EP, "9801". In October 2023, CUBE announced his contract had ended and was not renewed. He left the agency but remains part of PENTAGON.
