Iwata Takanori (also known as Gun-chan がんちゃん) is a Japanese actor, dancer, and model. He was born in Nagoya, Japan and started his career in 2010. As a teenager Iwata was shocked by the movie "RIZE" he watched in high school, and spent three years teaching himself the KRUMP dance. Later on he belonged to the dance circle Dancing Crew JADE. His KRUMP dancing skills offered him a spot in JSB. Currently Iwata is an active member of EXILE and dance group Sandaime J Soul Brothers. In March 2011, he graduated from Keio University with a Law degree.
