Hong Joo Chan is a South Korean singer, dancer, musical actor and member of GOLDEN CHILD (골든차일드). He graduated from Hanlim Arts High School and is enrolled in the Practical Music program at Baekseok Arts University. He made his debut in August 2017 as the group's main vocalist with their first EP, "Gol-Cha!" and enjoyed initial success in the South Korean and Japanese markets. He made his debut as a soloist in February 2019 with the digital single "A Song For Me". Then, in August 2020, he made his debut as a musical actor with a role in the musical "Sonata of a Flame" (광염소나타), and since then, he has appeared in at least one production every year.
