Angela Chang is a Taiwanese singer and actress born in Zhongli, Taoyuan, Taiwan, and immigrated to Canada with her family at the age of 12. In 1999, she won the championship in the singing competition "Chinese Radio Pop Star" in Canada. She later returned to Taiwan to pursue her career.
